Oversees resident and patient care needs which includes medication management, documentation utilizing our electronic medical record system, and staff supervision. Keenly observes residents and patients for change of condition. Maintains comfortable, safe and clean living environment. Responds to medical emergencies. Creates collaborative partnership with resident, patients, staff and families.
