Environmental Services

Responsible for ensuring patient care areas and shared spaces and equipment are clean and tidy. Works collaboratively with team to ensure Center environment is maintained in pristine manner. . Follows infection control procedures closely. Job Types: Full time, Part Time and Per diem

Certified Nursing Assistant:

Assists residents and patients with optimizing resident and patient activities of daily living which includes assisting with meals and nourishments, transferring using proper body mechanics and appropriate assistive devices, ambulation, bathing and dressing. Provides nursing functions as directed including perineal care, making beds, turning residents, measures and records temperature, weight, pulse and respiration. Integral part of the interdisciplinary care team.

LPN for Evening and Night Shifts

Oversees resident and patient care needs which includes medication management, documentation utilizing our electronic medical record system, and staff supervision. Keenly observes residents and patients for change of condition. Maintains comfortable, safe and clean living environment. Responds to medical emergencies. Creates collaborative partnership with resident, patients, staff and families. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem
